If we cancel because of weather or sea conditions, you can move your ride for free or get a full refund.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method (M-Pesa or card), usually within 5–10 business days. Manage your booking from the link in your confirmation email or your account.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Drivers must be adults; children ride with an adult. Life jackets are provided and must be worn.
